Premprecha Dibbayawan
A Thai national, graduated from Thammasat University and Master of Comparative Law at the University of Miami. A fluent speaker of English, he started his professional career in 1965 as legal advisor to many long established law firms in Bangkok, such as International Legal Counsellors Thailand Ltd. (Kaplan Russin&Vecchi) and MarutBunnag International Law Office. Before joining the firm as the Senior Partner, he was Head of the Legal Department of Laem Thong Bank Public Co. Ltd. (presently known as UOB Public Co., Ltd.), and is in particular familiar with the type of legal situations in which banks become involved.

Kamthorn Ounhirunskul
A Thai national, graduated from Thammasat University. He received his LL.B. in 1980 and in 1987, served an internship in Washington DC, where he was trained in international trade & practice. He has an extensive knowledge and training background in tax, investment and intellectual property and is particularly familiar with the legal aspects of acquisitions and joint ventures.

Surachet Limpairoj
A Thai national, graduated from Ramkhamhaeng University. He received his LL.B. in 1980 and was an attorney with the Premprecha Law Office before joining Vertley & Kamthorn in 1984. He is widely experienced in handling high profile civil and criminal litigation. Surachet's other areas of specialty are construction law and intellectual property litigation.

Somsak Chalermisrachai
A Thai national, graduated from ThammasatUniversity. Somsak received his LL.B. in 1983, and a Graduate Diploma in Business Law from ThammasatUniversity in 1988. He now specializes in matters of property and real estate, including the financial arrangements for these. He has assisted a good number of developers and industrialists alike to set up successful development projects in Thailand from scratch.

Peter Shuler
An international business and contract law specialist, graduated from Columbia University in New York City with Combined JD and MBA degrees and a BA degree with honors in history from Indiana University. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and his professional affiliations include memberships in the International Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

Sunee Srichantra
A Thai national, graduated from Ramkhamhaeng University. Sunee received her LL.B. in 1982 and an LL.M. in International Legal Studies from the Washington College of Law, The American University, Washington, D.C. in 1998. With Surachet, Sunee also handles high profile litigation. In addition, her expertise is also in the handling of matters related to intellectual property, rehabilitation-debt restructuring and insolvency.

Anuchai Autchayawat
A Thai national graduate of Thammasat University, receiving hisLL.B. in 1984 and a Graduate Diploma in Business Law in 1988.In 1991, he earned a Master of Law in International Legal Studies from the Washington College of Law,The American University in Washington D.C. His expertise includes prosecution of intellectual property in and outside of Thailand, regularly assisting over 30 international firms in prosecuting theirintellectual property rights. Anuchai is also a leading expert in the fields of immigration and alien occupation law as well as employment and labor law matters.He has assisted numerous clients to establish their production lines in Thailand—in and outside industrial estates – and provides expertise in environmental law.Anuchaialso serves as a Committee Member of the ICC Thailand Commercial Law and Practice Commission.

Narumon Boonthanom
A Thai national, graduated from Thammasat University. Narumon received her LL.B. in 1984. Narumon specializes in corporate laws and registrations with extensive experience assisting clients in setting up all forms of corporate structures and corporate restructuring.

Rungsaeng Kittayapong, Ph.D.
A Thai national, graduate of Thammasat University. Dr. Rungsaeng received his LL.B. in 1979. He passed the bar exam of the Institute of Legal Education, Bangkok, Thailand and was called to the bar in 1980. He received a Graduate Diploma in English Legal Studies, University of Bristol, England in 1985, LL.M. in Commercial Law, University of Bristol, England in 1986, and Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy), University of Bristol, England in 1990. He had extensive experience as a public prosecutor before participating in a leading international firm to practice in mergers and acquisitions, banking, finance, securities, litigation, arbitration and government contracts. Dr. Rungsaeng joined us during mid-2004 as a Partner of the firm and his main responsibility is mergers and acquisitions, finance, banking, securities and government contracts.

Wachira Pruekpaiboon
A Thai national, graduated from Ramkhamhaeng University. He received his LL.B in 1984 and passed the Bar exam of the Thai Bar in 1988. He had extensive experience in handling civil and criminal litigation for the Office of Civil Rights Protection and Legal Aid, the Office of the Attorney General and the Foundation for Consumers. He was an attorney with the Siam Inter Attorney Co., Ltd. before joining us in early 2008. With Surachet and Sunee, he also handles high profile litigation. Wachira’s other areas of specialty are administrative proceedings, insolvency, intellectual property, civil and criminal litigation.

Nijprapa Talabnark
A Thai national, graduated from Thammasat University and Master of Science in International Business from London Southbank University, London, England. She received her LL.B. in 1990 and MSc. in 1997. Nijprapa was an attorney at Independence Law Office, a Legal Director at Advance Agro Holding Co., Ltd. and a partner at FBLP Legal Co., Ltd. before joining us in early 2009. Nijprapa’s area of expertise is in the handling of civil litigation, among which include commercial disputes, commercial and contractual claims, labour disputes, as well as business-related criminal litigation, insolvency, arbitration proceedings and contracts.

Jade Donavanik, Ph.D.
A Thai National graduated from Thammasat University, Jade received his LL.B. in 1995. He received his Master of Science of Law from Stanford University in 1997 and his doctoral degree from the same university in 1999. He completed his post-doctoral research program with the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Patent, Copyright, and Competition Law in Germany. He is currently Dean of Graduate School of Law, Siam University, and instructor at Mahidol University International College, Thammasat University, and College of Asian Scholars etc. He is recognized as one of the most knowledgeable intellectual property lawyers in Thailand.

Pakorn Ounhirunskul
Pakorn is a Thai national and a litigation partner, specializing in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. His practice includes construction cases and handling disputes in international transactions before both Thai courts and international arbitration tribunals. He graduated as a Bachelor at Law from Thammasat University in 2006. Pakorn passed the bar exam of the Institute of Legal Education, the Thai Bar, and was called to the bar in 2011. Pakorn was awarded an LL.M. in International Law from Chulalongkorn University in 2012 and in 2014, received an LL.M. (merit) in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham, England.

Thasanai Chaiyakwaeng
Thasanai’s experience over the past 27 years includes among other matters in high profile litigation, alternative dispute resolution, government relations, construction and contracts. His expertise in all the areas in which he practices includes resolving complicated situations as a litigator, arbitrator, reconciliator and advisor.
He earned an advanced certificate in legal assistance from St. Petersburg College, Florida, in the United States. He started his career at Thongbai Thongpao & Associates. Khun Thongbai is a Magsaysay laureate whose ideology and philosophy was adopted by Khun Thasanai. Khun Thasanai served as the Vice President for International Affairs of the Lawyers Council of Thailand Under the Royal Patronage and is a member of more than 10 committees and subcommittees reviewing developing laws and receiving and reviewing grievances.

Surachai Kasemchaichutiphan
A Thai National, graduated from Ramkhamhaeng University. He received his LL.B. in 1992. He specializes in labor, bankruptcy and all litigation related laws. Surachai has been assisting Surachet and Sunee in regard to all litigation proceedings and is now a litigation partner.

Apinya Ngammor
A Thai national, graduated from Thammasat University. Apinya received her LL.B. in 2002 and an LL.M. in International Trade Law from Thammasat University in 2007. She specializes in tax, corporate and foreign business laws. She has successfully assisted many clients in obtaining foreign business licenses and investment promotion in various industries and set up their presence in Thailand according to the most advantageous corporate structure available. Her area of practice also includes tax planning, planning and implementation of corporate restructuring, sale of business, business transfer, corporate registrations, etc.

A Thai national, graduated from Thammasat University. Ekapat received his LL.B in 2009. He specializes in corporate, foreign business, investment promotion and non-profit organization laws.
