The firm provides tax planning services and advice on the consequence of individual and corporate ventures, M&A, real property transactions and taxation issues arising from international trade and commercial transactions. The firm also represents its clients before courts and governmental authorities on various tax matters.

Kamthorn Ounhirunskul

Kamthorn is the firm’s managing partner with extensive knowledge and experience in tax, investment and intellectual property matters and is particularly well versed in the legal aspects of acquisitions and joint ventures. A 1980 LL.B. graduate of Thammasat University in 1987 he served an internship in Washington DC, where he trained in international trade and practice.

Apinya Ngammor

Apinya’s expertise encompasses tax, corporate and foreign business laws. She has successfully assisted many clients in obtaining foreign business licenses and certificates as well as investment promotion in a variety of industries as well as structuring their presences in Thailand in accordance with the most advantageous corporate structures
available. Her areas of specialty also include tax planning, corporate restructuring planning and implementation, sales of businesses, business transfers and corporate registrations. Apinya received her LL.B. from Thammasat University in 2002 and was awarded an LL.M. in International Trade Law from Thammasat University in 2007.
