Narumon Boonthanom

A company law specialist, Narumon is a leading expert in corporate laws and registrations. Our clients benefit from her broad practice and extensive experience in handling highly complex corporate matters and corporate restructurings. She further advises and assists with negotiations and business agreements such as joint venture, shareholder and share purchase agreements. Narumon graduated with an LL.B. from Thammasat University in 1984.

Apinya Ngammor

Apinya’s expertise encompasses tax, corporate and foreign business laws. She has successfully assisted many clients in obtaining foreign business licenses and certificates as well as investment promotion in a variety of industries as well as structuring their presences in Thailand in accordance with the most advantageous corporate structures
available. Her areas of specialty also include tax planning, corporate restructuring planning and implementation, sales of businesses, business transfers and corporate registrations. Apinya received her LL.B. from Thammasat University in 2002 and was awarded an LL.M. in International Trade Law from Thammasat University in 2007.

Ekapat Anugkakul

Ekapat specializes in corporate, foreign business, investment promotion and non-profit organization laws. He advises and assists clients with respect to foreign investment and businesses in Thailand, employment related matters, corporate registrations, corporate restructurings, sales of business, business transfers and other commercial matters including data protection and computer crime. He has particular expertise in establishing
regional offices in Thailand for international non-profit entities, assisting them through the gauntlet of registration and reporting. Ekapat is a graduate of Thammasat University, receiving his LL.B in 2009.
