Anuchai Autchayawat

Anuchai’s expertise includes assisting clients with their intellectual property matters in Thailand and overseas and employment, labor, immigration and alien occupation law. He has special expertise in environmental law assisting clients in establishing production facilities, within and outside industrial estates. A Committee Member of the ICC
Thailand Commercial Law and Practice Commission, he was educated in Thailand and the United States with an LL.B. (1984) and a Graduate Degree in Business Law (1988) from Thammasat University. In 1991, he took an LL.M in International Legal Studies from the Washington College of Law, American University, Washington, D.C.
