Premprecha Dibbayawan

A fluent English speaker, Khun Premprecha started his professional career in 1965 and served as legal advisor to many long established law firms in Bangkok, such as International Legal Counsellors Thailand Ltd. (Kaplan Russin & Vecchi) and Marut Bunnag International Law Office. Before joining KSS as the Senior Partner, he was Head of the Legal Department of Laem Thong Bank Public Co. Ltd. (presently known as UOB Public Co., Ltd.), and is in particular familiar with the type of legal situations in which banks become involved. He is a, graduate of
Thammasat University and holder of a Master of Comparative Law from the University of Miami in Florida, USA.

Kamthorn Ounhirunskul

Kamthorn is the firm’s managing partner with extensive knowledge and experience in tax, investment and intellectual property matters and is particularly well versed in the legal aspects of acquisitions and joint ventures. A 1980 LL.B. graduate of Thammasat University in 1987 he served an internship in Washington DC, where he trained in international trade and practice.

Surachet Limpairoj

A Thai national, graduated from Ramkhamhaeng University. He received his LL.B. in 1980 and was an attorney with the Premprecha Law Office before joining Vertley & Kamthorn in 1984. He is widely experienced in handling high profile civil and criminal litigation. Surachet's other areas of specialty are construction law and intellectual property litigation.

Somsak Chalermisrachai

Somsak’s specialty is property and real estate law, and whose expertise encompasses the financial arrangements for property projects. His experience includes acting as lead lawyer for developers and industrialists alike in setting up successful large scale development projects in Thailand from scratch. Sunee Srichantra

Anuchai Autchayawat

Anuchai’s expertise includes assisting clients with their intellectual property matters in Thailand and overseas and employment, labor, immigration and alien occupation law. Rungsaeng Kittayapong, Ph.D.

Dr. Rungsaeng focuses on mergers and acquisitions, banking, finance, securities, litigation, arbitration and government contracts. He had extensive experience as a public prosecutor before joining a leading international firm. He received his LL.B. in 1979 from Thammasat University, passing the bar exam of the Institute of Legal Education, before being called to the bar in 1980. Wachira Pruekpaiboon

Wachira handles high profile litigation with Surachet and Sunee. His other areas of expertise are administrative proceedings, insolvency, intellectual property, civil and criminal litigation. Before joining KSS, he gained in depth experience in handling civil and criminal litigation for the Office of Civil Rights Protection and Legal Aid, the Office of the Attorney General and the Foundation for Consumers. Nijprapa Talabnark

Nijprapa is a civil and criminal litigation specialist handing commercial disputes, commercial and contractual claims, labor related issues, family disputes, fraud allegations and other business-related criminal litigation, insolvency, arbitration proceedings and contracts. She graduated from Thammasat University with her LL.B. in 1990 and achieved her Master of Science in International Business from London Southbank University, London, England in 1997. Jade Donavanik, Ph.D.

Jade is recognized as one of the most knowledgeable intellectual property and constitution law lawyers in Thailand with particular expertise in intellectual property litigation and claim construction for pharmaceuticals and life sciences companies. He is currently Dean of Graduate School of Law, Siam University, and an instructor at Mahidol University International College, Thammasat University and College of Asian Scholars, among others. After graduating from Thammasat University with an LL.B. in 1995, he received his Master of Science of Law from Stanford University in 1997 and his doctoral degree from the same university in 1999. He completed his post-doctoral research program with the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Patent, Copyright, and Competition Law in Germany.

Pakorn Ounhirunskul

Pakorn is a litigation partner, specializing in commercial litigation and alternate dispute resolution. His practice includes construction cases and handling disputes in international transactions before both Thai courts and international arbitration tribunals. Thasanai Chaiyakwaeng
