A Thai National, graduated from Thammasat University and gained a Master of Law in International Legal Studies at the American University in Washington DC. He received his LL.B. in 1987, a Graduate Diploma in Business Law from Thammasat University in 1988, and LL.M. in 1991. Before joining the firm in 1997, his practice started with Nopadol & Khaisri for a period of 6 years. His specialty is advising foreign investors on forms of set up, corporate law and foreign business law. Along with his advice to clients on corporate structure, he also undertakes tax-planning for them and co-ordinates with Anuchai in securing work permits, visas and other necessary licenses for clients' operations.
